My boss has me working 80 hours a week - for most of the rest of the year. Workouts just aren’t happening. Between work and (attempting to) sleep, I have just enough time for driving to/from work and showering.
However, the hours, stress and occasionally throwing up because of what’s going on at work has me so wound up is having a *positive* effect on my weight despite not getting my workouts in.
I promise that I’ll get back into the swing of things. This isn’t me dropping off the face of the earth. But ya gotta do, what ya gotta do for now.
