Wow, that’s a big picture! Of that workout - ran for 35min before walking for a few. Felt great! Shins are killing me though. Feels like cramping. Gets better about 15 minutes or so into the run. I figured 3 weeks into this my body would be done trying to revolt! Here’s some more good stuff… Blood sugar before the run: 80 mg/dL, after: 98 mg/dL. That is awesome.
Last Monday I stepped on the scale - 347. Today - 341 Nice. God I hope I can keep that up… This weekend I committed to running my first 5K. IN THREE WEEKS. Feb 18th. Sounds like I have my work cut out for me. Today I ran for 30 min straight. Of course that’s only about two miles at my pace. Did 15 more minutes of run/walk then 5 minute cool down. Feels awesome.
