Wow, that’s a big picture!
Of that workout - ran for 35min before walking for a few. Felt great!
Shins are killing me though. Feels like cramping. Gets better about 15 minutes or so into the run. I figured 3 weeks into this my body would be done trying to revolt!
Here’s some more good stuff… Blood sugar before the run: 80 mg/dL, after: 98 mg/dL.
